Bookings

All bookings are inquiries until confirmed by me in writing (email or WhatsApp). A confirmation includes the date, service, agreed price and pickup details.

Payment

Both card and cash are accepted on the day of the ride — cash in CZK or EUR, or by card in the vehicle. You can also pay by bank transfer in advance. Prepaid bookings receive a 10% discount on the agreed rate. Quoted prices are per vehicle and include fuel, tolls, parking and driver services unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup time are free of charge and prepayments are refunded in full. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the agreed price. If I have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Delays and waiting

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing (15 minutes for city-to-airport departures and other pickups). Additional waiting is charged at €10 for every additional 15 minutes. I track flights and adjust pickup times where possible.

Passengers and luggage

Passenger and luggage numbers must be stated at booking so the right vehicle is provided. Child seats are available free of charge on request. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Conduct and liability

I reserve the right to end a journey without refund in the event of unsafe, abusive or illegal behaviour. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. I am fully licensed and insured for passenger transport; liability is limited to the terms of that insurance. Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road conditions or site closures.

Privacy

Details submitted through the booking form are used only to arrange and confirm your trip. They are not sold or shared with third parties.
